Boosting eCommerce

The eCommerce App can be used as an add-on to your hotel’s solution or it may be used as a stand alone, for instance on the website of a Wellness Center or a SPA.

The eCommerce App has unique features that make it a powerful sales tool for products subject to physical inventory (beauty creams, merchandising, wines…), daily availability (entrance tickets) or free-sale (gift cards).

The eCommerce app is composed of two parts:

  • Visual front-end with shopping cart (spotlight products, product categories, discounts and special offers)
  • Powerful management back office (product loading, orders management, availability management)

The front-end is is your virtual shop window, where you display a mix of signature products and special offers to capture the visitor’s attention.

The App contains:

  • Full individual pages for each product or service
  • Shop window: put here signature and discounted or in promotion products
  • Product categories: each product can belong to more than one category. Categories automatically become menu items of the shop
  • Tags: create unique landing pages with whatever combination of products or services
  • Shopping cart: multiple currencies, registration process for fidelisation, delivery cost (if necessary), volume discounts
  • Online payment: collect money through PayPal and all major MO.TO POS
  • Manage orders: correspond with customer, provide tracking codes, deliver gifts
  • Facebook: post pages or products on Facebook and social media with one click

Each product carries forward descriptions, images (one main, plus as many as you wish in a dedicated gallery), price, selling conditions and, if needed, applicable dates.
